Ernestelle L. Kilbourne Ernestelle (Loffler) Kilbourne passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, in Olney, Maryland, at the age of 96. During her last days she was surrounded by family, loved ones, and friends. Ernestelle, known to friends and family as Ernie, was born April 18, 1930, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Ernest and Margaret (Kuenne) Loffler. (MAΣ) will host “Steps Toward Peace: Ending Domestic Violence,” a community awareness walk on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Beltsville Community Center, 3900 Sellman Road, Beltsville, MD 20705.
