Happy Holidays! The Residents for a Better Beltsville had a very informative meeting in October with the county representative who came to discuss the future of High Point High School and the new construction, tentative renderings were shown to us so that we could see what the new high school will look like. The RBB is partnering with the High Point High School PTSA so that we can get informative information about the construction and design of High Point High school to the community. We would also like to thank school board member David Murray and Senator Jim Rosapepe for attending this meeting. Stay tuned for more High Point High School construction information in our upcoming meetings. In November we hosted a very informative meeting with a representative who came to speak to us about the 2020 Census and how important it is to be counted. I would like to thank all of our board members for the successful meetings we have had in 2019 and will be having in 2020. The Residents for a Better Beltsville will be hosting its next meeting on January 15th at 7pm at the Beltsville Recreation Center, we hope you can join us.
