Beltsville Young At Heart September 2026

CHANGE FOR SEPT. MEETING: Because of the club’s Massachusetts trip, our monthly meeting will be on the SECOND Thursday instead of the third. We will meet on Sept. 10—regular time and place—10:30 a.m. at the Beltsville Community Center. Our speaker will be talking about “How to keep more of your money in retirement.” We’ve had Mr. Sciannella speak to us earlier this year on a different subject, but it should be an interesting subject and suggestions.

We’ll have our usual light refreshments, 50/50 chance, and you can sign up for the Christmas trip in November to the American Music Theater in Penn.

You do not have to be a senior to go on this trip, in case you have a young adult to go with you. A meal is included in the price as well as the bus transportation.

I will not be writing an article in September for the Beltsville News because I’ll be on the trip to Mass. that week. But our October 15 meeting will have a lady to present recipes and suggestions for the Heart Healthy Month, with a tasting of what to make to help your heart.
