Rosa M and her dad with little helpers get ready to fly!

On March 29th, families from the Pack met at the Beltsville Neighborhood Park and flew kites. The scouts also tried making kites and flying them.

In our Den meetings the scouts are finishing their requirements and other dens did electives like painting a landscape and learning how germs spread earning the Wolves Germs Alive loop.

We are getting ready for the AWS Earth Day cleanup on April 26th and Beltsville Day on May 18th. Hope to see everyone there!

We have a new website: https://pack1031.org/ There you can find information on how to join our Pack.

I do recommend that families contact me and come by to a prearranged pack event to see if your child is interested in joining our Pack. We do have scouts from several area schools and are happy to welcome new scouts especially in the summertime and in the fall when we start our annual program.

If you are interested in Cub Scouts, contact Regina Halper at Pack1031cubscouting@gmail.com for information. We are a family scouting unit. During the school year we meet at Beltsville Academy for our den meetings and in the summer, we meet twice a month in the parks.
