Bowie, MD (September 8, 2021): As the county officials and local businesses slowly begin to lift safety restrictions surrounding the pandemic, Prince George’s Community Federal Credit Union hopes to encourage the community with their New Day campaign and #New Day Hero contest.
The campaign includes a radio and cable spot based on the organization’s “New Day “jingle written by Prince George’s Community Federal Credit Union’s CEO and President, Robert Schroeder. It also includes a promotional offer of a 0.25% rate reduction on new, used, or externally refinanced auto loans and a 1.00% rate reduction on fixed home equity loans, personal, boats, RVs, motorcycles, watercraft loans by October 31, 2021. Added to the campaign is the New Day Hero contest that encourages the community to nominate someone special who has struggled or has helped someone struggling during the pandemic. The credit union will award two New Day Experience Packages (valued at $500).
“The pandemic has placed a tremendous amount of stress on our community and families. We want to support those hit the hardest and give them a chance to dream and enjoy life again with family and friends,” stated CMO, Sharmaine Bucknor.
