            This month marks the 24th edition of Boosipherous Boonipherous Bojangles Barnaby III aka BOO, the comic created by local comic writer Joseph West! His first appearance was in our September 2023 edition of the Beltsville News. We here at the Beltsville News are proud of Joseph and his talent. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this young man!
