Spring is here, plants are blooming, and the sun is shining, which means one thing for Beltsville…it’s time for the annual Beltsville Day Celebration! Beltsville Day will take place this year on Sunday, May 19, from 12 pm—4 pm at the Beltsville Recreation Center located at 3900 Sellman Road.
Beltsville Day is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the many things Beltsville has to offer while having fun with your family and neighbors! There will be booths from local vendors, churches, and community organizations where you can learn more about the businesses, places of worship, and other community groups that are located in Beltsville. There will be live music and entertainment from local artists to enjoy. For children, there will be crafts, games, and other children’s activities. There will also be several different types of food sold. Entrance to Beltsville Day is free although there is a small charge for the games and food. You can park along Sellman Road, or there will be bus services that run from the parking lots of both the Beltsville Library and Beltsville Academy. So, come out and join all the residents of Beltsville to celebrate Beltsville Day!
