The Bull’s spring teams overall had a great season! I am proud to announce that the Bull’s 12U flag football team won the championship game. The 8U flag football team were runner-up in the tournament. As stated last month, all of the flag football teams made it to the playoffs, and all of the players, coaches, parents, etc. should be congratulated for their hard work all season long. Believe or not, but the Bulls football teams are already working hard for the fall tackle season. Practices started July 22, but it is not too late to join. The team practices at the Beltsville Community Center on Mon., Wed., and Fri. from 6–8pm, and fall tackle football is open to ages 5–14 (age as of July 31). To register, go to beltsvilleadelphi.sportssignup.com. If you have questions, please contact Football Commissioner Rian Jackson at 301.693.6395 or email@example.com.
The Bull’s 12U & 15U baseball teams have continued to sharpen their skills through the county’s Safe Summer program, which allows youth 11–18 to play pickup baseball games on Wednesdays from 8–11 pm at the prestigious Walker Mill baseball field. The focus of these games is to have fun, but instruction is also provided by various veteran coaches. The program runs until August 14th. Fall baseball will start on August 19 for ages 4 and up. To register, go to beltsvilleadelphi.sportssignup.com. The club is looking for more coaches to help continue to grow the baseball program. If interested or if you have questions, please contact Baseball Commissioner Sheila Montano at firstname.lastname@example.org or 240.441.3011.
We are still looking for people interested in bringing soccer back to the club in either the fall or next spring. If interested, please contact Club Athletic Director Rian Jackson.
As always, please contact Club Athletic Director Rian Jackson at email@example.com or 301.693.6395 with any questions, suggestions, or coaching inquiries. GO BULLS!!! AND JOIN THE STAMPEDE!!!
