This month, Jada Inanga, was given an award as Freshman Basketball Player of the Year 2020 at Heritage High School in Frisco, Texas. She joined the 9th grade team in August 2019 and played point guard in all 23 games.
Jada, a Beltsville native, attended the Beltsville Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) School and graduated from 8th grade there in 2019. She played basketball for the girl’s school team at Beltsville SDA and also played on the Beltsville SDA JV team in the Metro Area SDA Church League.
