Beltsville Art Student Wins First Place in Show

Fran Whitman of Beltsville won first place in computer graphics at Prince George’s Community College’s “Student Art Exhibition” which ended March 14 (2001) at Marlboro Hall. Fran’s award was for the outstanding presentation of his seven digital images. Some selections from the show will be on display at the office of Wayne Curry, Executive of Prince George’s County.
