Fall has arrived, and Halloween is just around the corner!
The Prince George's County Police, Beltsville Division VI, will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event — a safe and fun way to enjoy Halloween in our community. Mark your calendars:Monday, October 27, 6–8 p.m.4321 Sellman Road, Beltsville (on the soccer field).
Bring the kids out for an evening of candy, costumes, and community spirit!

Halloween Safety Tips for Beltsville
Drivers:Â Please slow down and stay alert. Children will be out and about trick-or-treating.
Parents: Carry a flashlight or add reflective tape to your child’s costume. Stay on sidewalks and avoid walking in the middle of the street.
We all know traffic can be fast in Beltsville — let’s do our part to make sure Halloween is both fun and safe for everyone.

Fire Station Update
The Temporary Prince George’s County Beltsville Fire Station will be opening soon at the corner of Montgomery Road and Sellman Road. Fire trucks and ambulances will continue to leave from the station at 43rd Avenue and Montgomery Road.
A reminder to drivers: when you hear sirens near the intersection of Sellman and Montgomery Roads, please pull over and allow emergency vehicles to pass. Your quick response can make all the difference.
