Beltsville was fantastic in helping the Pack and Troop 1033 collect food for the food pantries at St. Joseph Catholic church and Emmanuel UMC church. The Pack collected over 500 lbs. of food and the troop collected 2000 lbs. The pack will collect toys for Toys for Tots in December in the pack. A Scout is Helpful!

The pack is now working on Citizenship and Fitness achievements. The Bears raised the flag and learned about the parts of government and learned about the American symbols including the American flag and how it changed, the Liberty Bell, the Eagle, the American Rose, the National Motto -E Pluribus Unum (out of many one) and looked for them on each of our coins.

Check out our new website: https://pack1031.org/. There you can find information on how to join our Pack. If you are interested in Cub Scouts, contact Regina Halper at Pack1031cubscouting@gmail.com for information. We are a family scouting unit. During the school year we meet at Beltsville Academy for our den meetings and in the summer, we meet at least twice a month mostly in the parks.
