The Beltsville Police Department Invites the Community to a Spook-Tacular Trunk or Treat

Families are invited to put on their costumes and enjoy an evening of Halloween fun at a community Trunk or Treat hosted by the Beltsville Police Department. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the District VI Station, 4321 Sellman Road, Beltsville, MD 20705.

Trunk or Treat offers children and families a fun and welcoming way to celebrate Halloween. Participating local businesses and community organizations will decorate their vehicles and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters, creating a festive gathering filled with colorful displays, costumes, treats, and community spirit.

The event is also an opportunity for neighbors to come together and connect with local businesses and members of the police department in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and bring a bag or bucket for collecting treats.

Mark your calendars for October 28 and bring the family out for an evening of Halloween fun at the District VI Station. Costumes, candy, decorated trunks, and plenty of community spirit will help make this year’s Trunk or Treat a spook-tacular celebration.
