Summer has arrived. The buzz of the cicadas is subsiding. The Beltsville Citizens Association will not have a meeting in July or August unless something pressing comes up.
Summer Safety tips: please make arrangements for your mail, newspapers, and lawn when you go away. Tall grass and newspapers piled up are a Neon Sign that no one is home. Carjacking is on the rise. Please lock your car when you are filling up your gas tank. Be aware of your surroundings.
