Spring has sprung, as the saying goes, and the Beltsville Young at Heart is ready for our last meeting on June 15 before summer vacations. We cannot meet in July or August because the Beltsville Community Center needs “our” room for their “kids camp.”
We decided that June 15 will be a potluck for members and guests. You can bring anything: an entree, side, or dessert. We’ll eat anything, (almost). Our new time to open doors is 10:30 am, so you can get refreshments, sign up for trips, take a chance with a 50/50 ticket, or buy an item from the Ways & Means table from Rosie. There isn’t any entertainment in June, but we may play some Bingo if people would like to. All money at bingo goes back to the players.
